How it works

From one site visit to a live 3D tour

Aperture tours are built with Gaussian splatting, a 3D capture technique. We photograph the property from hundreds of angles in one visit, and software reconstructs the space itself — the light through the windows, the grain of the floors, the depth of every room.

The result runs in a normal web browser. Buyers move through it freely — into the kitchen, back to the primary bath, out to the deck — without installing anything or scheduling a visit.

The process

Three steps, about a week

  1. Book

Send us the address and pick a window. We coordinate access with you or the seller.

  2. Scan

An Aperture operator walks the property in about an hour, capturing it from hundreds of angles.

  3. Deliver

A private review link within days. Approve it and the tour goes live — link, embed, or the raw file.

Option A

We host it

A fast tour link plus embed code — any browser, any phone, nothing to install. The first year of hosting is included; keep it live after that for $100/year.

Option B

You take the file

The full 3D scan file, yours to host anywhere — your site, your brokerage’s platform. No lock-in, ever.
